Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely regret the outcome of your order and would like to clarify the situation transparently.
Upon dispatching your sample order via international courier, both our team and the logistics provider made multiple attempts to contact you (via email, messages, and phone calls) to assist with customs clearance. Unfortunately, all communications went unanswered, and the package was ultimately held by local customs. Per courier policy, unclaimed shipments must either be destroyed locally or returned, and due to cost considerations (as the sample was fully complimentary, including shipping), we opted for local disposal.
We deeply regret that you were unable to receive the item and remain committed to resolving this matter. Despite your recent lack of response, we invite you to contact us directly so we may discuss alternative solutions.
